Paediatric & Neonatal Medicine Advances (PNMA) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research, reviews, and clinical studies in the fields of paediatrics, neonatology, and child healthcare. The journal provides an international platform for paediatricians, neonatologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to share evidence-based findings, innovative practices, and emerging trends that advance child and newborn health globally.

Its core mission is to promote interdisciplinary collaboration across paediatric and neonatal care by integrating clinical research, preventive strategies, and technological innovation. The journal aims to improve diagnosis, treatment, and long-term outcomes for infants, children, and adolescents through the dissemination of impactful scientific and clinical knowledge.
