Psychiatry, Neurology & Behavioural Sciences (PNBS) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research, reviews, and clinical studies in the fields of psychiatry, neurology, psychology, and behavioural sciences. The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for psychiatrists, neurologists, neuroscientists, and mental health professionals to share findings, innovations, and clinical insights that contribute to the understanding and treatment of mental, neurological, and behavioural disorders.

Its core mission is to promote the integration of neuroscience, psychology, and behavioural medicine by bridging basic research with clinical practice. The journal seeks to enhance diagnostic precision, therapeutic interventions, and patient outcomes through evidence-based research and cross-disciplinary collaboration in brain and behavioural health.

The journal welcomes contributions on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Neuropsychiatric and cognitive disorders

  • Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorders

  • Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

  • Epilepsy, stroke, and neurovascular disorders

  • Behavioural and developmental disorders including autism and ADHD

  • Addiction medicine and substance use disorders

  • Neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and brain mapping

  • Sleep medicine, circadian rhythm, and neurocognitive research

  • Psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation therapies

  • Mental health policy, rehabilitation, and community psychiatry

We invite submissions in the form of original research articles, clinical trials, review papers, and case reports. All manuscripts should aim to advance knowledge and practice in psychiatry, neurology, and behavioural sciences to improve brain health and mental well-being worldwide.
